The Marketing Associate is responsible for the development of marketing strategies and implementation of programs to expand the departments referral base, increase business, and enhance its competitive strength in the local service area as well as surrounding vicinities. In addition he/she will be responsible for handling and maintaining from inception to completion, all outpatient specialty imaging referrals for Tower St. John’s Imaging in Santa Monica, CA.

Mammography Technologist

Tower Saint John's Imaging is seeking a Mammography Technologist  to be responsible for the preparation and performing of all mammographic procedures, patient care and paperwork necessary to complete the patient’s file, including processing exam requisitions. Other duties include maintaining supply inventory, patient tracking and results letters, and QA/QC duties as delegated by the Lead Mammography Technologist. The Mammography Technologist also maintains established department policies, procedures, objectives, infection control and safety standards, and improves organizational performance. Qualified candidates will have AART/ CRT Mammography credentials and a minimum of 1-2 years experience; digital mammography experience preferred. Candidate must be a team player, reliable and dependable.

Front Office/Reception

Tower Saint John’s Imaging is seeking one full-time and one part-time person to help with front office/reception duties including patient registration, scheduling and verifying insurance participation and authorizations. The candidate(s) should have a strong background working with people, as part of a team and be able to handle multiple, competing tasks. Experience in an outpatient imaging center or 2 years of related healthcare experience and a professional appearance are required. Salary will be based on experience.
